These terms are between you and [LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor doing business as Vantable ("we", "us"). Contact: support@vantable.app.
Vantable consolidates fantasy football leagues you already play in and produces analysis, recommendations and predictions about them. It is an informational tool. It does not manage your teams for you and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated in partnership with the NFL, Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, CBS Sports or NFL.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account, and at least 21 to view the Bets section. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email current so we can reach you.
When you connect a platform you authorise us to read your league, team and roster data on your behalf. You confirm you have the right to access that data. We read; we never set your lineup, submit a claim or make a trade for you.
Paid plans are sold only as a season pass, billed once and renewing automatically in early August before each new season until you cancel. Joining mid-season costs the full price scaled to the weeks remaining in the 18-week season, with a floor of 20%; the renewal charge is always the full season price. We email you 14 days and 3 days before each renewal with the date and the amount. You can cancel in one tap from Plan & billing at any time; access continues to the end of the season pass you have paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as VANTABLE. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, from your account page. After 7 days all sales are final, including partial refunds for unused time. Start/sit calls, waiver suggestions, FAAB amounts, pick'em selections, prop leans and accuracy figures are informational analyses and predictions. They are not guarantees, professional advice or assurances of any outcome, and no result is guaranteed. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds or facilitate betting of any kind. You make your own decisions and accept the results of them. Where any content touches wagering, it is informational only and you are responsible for complying with the law where you live.
Don't scrape, resell or redistribute our output, don't attempt to reach data belonging to other users, and don't use the service to break a platform's own rules.
We work to keep the service up through every game window, but it is provided as-is without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
You may close your account at any time from your settings or by emailing support@vantable.app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, attempts to reach another user's data, or charges back a legitimate payment. On termination your access ends and no refund is due.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, and you and [LEGAL NAME] submit to the courts located there for any dispute.
