Vantable is operated by [LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor. Privacy questions and data-deletion requests go to support@vantable.app.
Your name, email and optional phone number. Optional profile answers: favourite NFL team, how many leagues you play in, and how you heard about us. Your league, team and roster data from the platforms you connect. Screenshots or text you upload for import. Basic activity records such as when you last used the app.
To run your account, sync your leagues, generate your recommendations, take payment, and answer you when you contact support. Marketing email is only sent if you opt in, and every message can unsubscribe you.
Any token or cookie a platform gives us is encrypted before it is stored and is never sent back to your browser. Only our servers can decrypt it, and only to sync your leagues. Disconnecting a platform deletes it.
We use a small number of service providers: Stripe for payments (Stripe handles your card details — we never see or store a card number), Supabase for hosting, database and authentication, and an AI provider that reads roster screenshots you choose to upload. We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
You can edit your profile, remove a connected league, cancel your plan or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Deleting your account removes your leagues, rosters and profile.
We use cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, such as dark or light theme. Stripe may set cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Email support@vantable.app from your account address with the subject "Delete my data", or use Delete account in your settings. We confirm within two business days and erase your profile, connected leagues, rosters and uploads within 30 days, keeping only the payment records we are legally required to retain.
We keep your data while your account is open. Access to your rows is restricted at the database level so one account cannot read another's. Uploaded screenshots are stored privately and read only for your import.
