Sponsor Agreement

1. Who this is between

You, the sponsor, and Walter J Brown Jr, a sole proprietor doing business as Vantable. Booking a window and paying the invoice means you accept these terms.

2. What you get

Sole occupancy of Vantable's single sponsor slot for the window you book. No rotation and no second sponsor in the same window. The slot shows to free members only; paying members do not see it, because part of what they buy is its absence. It appears between sections on the dashboard and below the fold on the daily report, and never inside a start/sit decision.

• Season Pass — All 18 weeks.
• Monthly — Rolling calendar month.
• Draft Season — August to early September. Priced above a standard month, because attention peaks here.
• Playoff Push — Weeks 14 – 17. Priced above a standard month, because attention peaks here.

3. Audience, stated honestly

Current audience numbers are published on the sponsorship page and are the real figures. Vantable makes no guarantee of a minimum number of views, clicks or sales, and does not promise growth during your window.

4. What is not accepted

• No gambling sponsors: no sportsbooks, casinos, daily fantasy operators or pick-selling services. The free tier is open to anyone, including people under 21.
• No third-party scripts, tags, pixels, iframes or remote-hosted files. Ever.
• No animation beyond a simple GIF loop. No flashing, autoplay, expansion or audio.
• Nothing misleading, adult, hateful, or unlawful.

5. Labelling

Every placement carries a clear "Sponsored" label directly on it. You may not ask for the label to be removed, softened or styled to blend into surrounding content.

6. Artwork

• File types: PNG, JPEG or GIF. SVG and WebP are not accepted.
• File size: 2 MB maximum.
• Dimensions: Up to 1600px on the longest side; 1200 × 628 works well.
• Animation: A simple GIF loop only — up to 100 frames and 5 seconds.
• Headline: Up to 60 characters.
• Body: One line, up to 120 characters.
• Link: One https link to your own site.

Artwork is re-encoded and hosted by Vantable on its own storage. You confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you supply, including any people shown in it.

7. Approval

Every sponsor and every piece of artwork is reviewed by a person before it runs. Vantable may decline or pull a placement that breaks these terms; if it is pulled for that reason, unused days are refunded pro rata.

8. Reporting

Once a month you receive an email with views, clicks, click-through rate and the dates your placement ran. Counts are Vantable's own and are the figures used for billing.

9. Payment and cancellation

Invoiced up front for the window booked. Monthly bookings can be stopped before the next month begins. Season, Draft Season and Playoff Push bookings cover a fixed window and are not refundable once the window has started, except where Vantable pulls the placement or fails to run it.

10. Independence

Sponsorship buys the slot and nothing else. It does not influence any lineup, waiver or other recommendation Vantable makes, and it never will.
